Out of her own personal healing and through the collective client experiences, Geraldine has developed META|4 - MOVEMENT ENHANCEMENT THERAPEUTIC APPROACH, a unique and individualized method challenging old world techniques with a global understanding, encompassing a four pillared strategy.

Typical clients include those experiencing chronic pain, or focused on injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance enhancement, energy alignment, or overall emotional well-being. Geraldine incorporates multiple modalities and techniques, incorporating traditional trainings in massage therapy, movement, treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, and esoteric methodologies, including reiki, energy medicine, and indigenous traditions handed down through generations.

PRIMITIVE LEARNING

Geraldine continues to mentor others in the industry and has taught numerous workshops catering to those in the wellness/fitness world as well as teaching future massage therapists in a college setting, specializing in medical massage and easter medicine.
